If you register as a team owner, we additionally collect country location, time zone, team name, sport type, and contact information for your team members. This team information will be associated with your individual information.

We may also receive information from third parties providing services for us in connection with the Sites and Services, and Prosite may link this information to your existing data.

Beyond the minimum required information, we gather additional data from you for the Services. We believe this information holds value not only for your benefit but also for other users, aligning with the primary goal of the app—to connect soccer players with agents, scouts, clubs, and coaches. 

For teams, our goal is to provide a valuable service that requires the information we ask for. This service aims to enhance team functionality, coordination, communication, and statistics,  creating an optimized experience for team members. The data collected contributes to the effectiveness and usefulness of the service, ultimately benefiting the entire team. We are committed to utilizing this information responsibly to fulfill our mission of delivering a tailored and valuable service to teams within the soccer community.

We retain your information as long as necessary for our operations, complying with applicable laws. Data submitted for a team or group is retained until deleted by the user or team/group owner/manager. We may also retain information from closed accounts for legal compliance, fraud prevention, fee collection, dispute resolution, investigations, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

4. Children’s Privacy

Prosite does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. When working with teams or groups involving children under 13, parents/guardians are responsible for managing their children’s information.

5. Content Review and Restrictions

All media uploaded to Prosite must be approved by Prosite’s administrator before being published. This precaution is particularly essential due to the presence of underage users. Our goal is to maintain a harmonious environment where all users can navigate peacefully, staying true to Prosite’s soccer and sports-related focus.

Restricted Content:

Prosite content must be related to football or sports. Any image or video containing the following is strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or sexual activity
• Language or symbols that incite hatred
• Violence or dangerous organizations
• Violent threats
• Cruelty to animals
• Death or serious injury
• Dangerous organizations or people
• Racism
• Sale of illegal or regulated products
• Bullying or harassment
• Suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
• Fraud
• False information

6. International Transfer

Our services are hosted in the United States and subject to U.S. Federal and state laws. By using our services, you consent to the transfer, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7. Sensitive Information

Avoid sending sensitive information through our services. Health information collected by teams or sports organizations is not used in our marketing or advertising activities.

9. Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account at any time by submitting a request to our support team via email at soporte@prosite.com, with the subject “[Account Deletion]”. Once the request is processed, we will permanently delete all data associated with the account, except for data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory reasons.
